Electronic composer and artist, Anja has studied new media at Hyperwerk, Basel Switzerland. The school focuses on process, management and design in the field of new Media and offered her the possibility to combine the interests of art and science. The analyzes of Media and the reflection of technology influence her work and artistic approach. Her creations are concept -based and investigates such notions as audiovisual composition, science phenomena, social studies and information architecture. Her work methodology focuses on collaboration and interactivity; hence leading to numerous and varied multi media collaborations with other artists, musicians and web-designers. Her main interest lays in sound systems, which find their form in installations, software, compositions, live plays and performances.
